have an administrative briefing thirty minutes prior to each regularly
scheduled Council Meeting in the Office of the Council Clerk
The following meetings will be held
in Council Chambers, 415 South Pine Street, Walhalla, SC:
The Oconee County Purchasing,
Contracting, Real Estate, Building & Grounds Committee will meet Tuesday,
May 7, 2002 at 3:00 PM for the purpose of discussing the proposed
infrastructure plan, the proposed purchase of the property adjacent to Chau Ram
Park, a proposal for parking during Short Street renovation and other matters
as necessary.
The Oconee County Law
Enforcement, Safety, Health, Welfare & Services Committee will meet
Tuesday, May 7, 2002 at 4:30 PM for the purpose of discussing several safety
issues.
The Oconee County Roads &
Transportation Committee will meet Tuesday, May 7, 2002 at 5:30 PM (or
immediately following LEC meeting if adjourned earlier) for the purpose of
discussing several roadway issues: Cleveland Creek Roadway, Coyote Ridge
Roadway, Hunter’s Run and other roadway issues as necessary.
The Oconee County Personnel &
Intergovernmental Committee will meet Tuesday, May 7, 2002 at 6:30 for the
purpose of discussing an Emergency Leave Policy for county employees.
The Oconee County Budget &
Finance Committee will meet Monday, May 13 & Tuesday, May 14, 2002 at 9:00
AM each morning for the purpose of hearing departmental budget appeals.
The Oconee County Council will
meet in a work session Monday, May 20, 2002 at 2:00 PM for the purpose of
discussion solid waste issues.
